Call for Papers

The official language of the conference is English.
Papers must be aligned with the conference topics and must not have been previously published or presented in other conferences.
All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Authors with accepted abstracts should prepare a short paper (max 3 pages) by following the prescribed template.
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Presenters are requested to complete payment of conference participation fee (on or before February 19, 2025). Please note that the presentation will be withdrawn if the payment is not completed by the due date.

Abstract Submission

The abstract should summarize the contents of the paper in short terms (i.e. 150-250 words), with short introduction, significance, objectives, methodology and main results.

Decision on Abstract: 7-14 days after abstract submission or on February 7, 2025.

Short Paper Submission

Authors with accepted abstracts are instructed to submit a short paper. This is a manuscript with a maximum length of 3 pages (including abstract, introduction, methods, results & discussion, conclusions and references) using the prescribed template.

Journal Publication

Based on the recommendations of the Scientific Committee, selected abstracts will be invited to submit full papers for journal publication.
Extension of the paper is required and resubmission and review process are needed for journal publication after the conference.
Authors must follow the guidelines of a target journal.
